Shipping & Handling – NiteNite Bedding
We want to get your NiteNite Bedding order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons, sales events, or holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our facility.

Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Shipping 7–14 business days
Expedited Shipping 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected, the weight of your order, and your delivery location. Any applicable shipping promotions will be automatically applied during checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package size.
International Shipping
We proudly offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note:
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details.
Delivery Time: International orders typically take 7–20 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Tracking: International tracking may have limited updates once the package leaves the U.S.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided or by visiting the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at nitenitebeddingshop@outlook.com with your order number.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to reroute packages once an order has been shipped. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at nitenitebeddingshop@outlook.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order is processed.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, family members, or your local post office. If the package still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
For significant delays beyond the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us, and we will investigate the issue.
